" In this case, the plant cannot be brought to bloom. If you buy it in a supermarket, then pay attention to the leaves: it should have a characteristic taste, color and aroma.
Composition of green basil
The plant is much less common on the domestic market than its analogue with purple (red) leaves. Despite this, it has an equally useful composition. In it, you will be able to detect vitamins of groups A, B, C and PP. Add to them the presence of several acids, as well as a whole scattering of minerals, among which you will find magnesium, iron and some others.
Eating green basil
Culture, as we have noticed before, is extremely common in cooking. Many note that after trying to add spice to meat or fish once, they never change this recipe again. After all, without a basilica, they become fresh and tasteless.
