Milk mare

Mare milk is a traditional food for Eastern countries. It is a white liquid with a bluish tinge that tastes a little tart. The world famous fermented milk product called kumys is prepared precisely from this type of milk. It belongs to dietary and medicinal products and has a pleasant, refreshing, sour-sweet taste.

Today, the most important supplier of mare's milk is Austria, and the popularity of this drink is very high not only in Russian countries, but also abroad. For example, in China, this milk was recognized as a healing product, which has excellent nutritional and therapeutic properties, 3, 000 years ago.

Mare milk has good digestibility and high biological value, and therefore it is often used in the treatment of some diseases, as well as as a substitute for breast milk for newborns, since it is close in composition to female milk.
