Dry ice is solid carbon dioxide. At normal temperature, it changes to a vapour state, bypassing the liquid phase. In fairness, we note that it has only a name from the ice. On an industrial scale, it is produced in carbon dioxide plants. The main task of dry ice is to cool food products, for example, drinks or ice cream during storage or transportation. For example, if you take dry ice and throw it into the water, you can observe an effect that is visually similar to boiling the latter. If you plug it and shake it, then it will simply dissolve, as a result of which you can get a carbonated drink. These and many other dry ice phenomena are used by bartenders around the world.

A large number of cocktails are created on the basis of the product. The most famous and popular among them are breakfast with Dali, Romulus and Barbara ti punch. They differ not only in their components, but also in their original serve. This is largely due to dry ice.
