As a result of studies, it was found that regular consumption of soy products (including sausages) can provoke the development of goiter in healthy people (especially old age).

Meanwhile, the benefits of soy sausage for human health lie in the composition of this product. For example, soybeans contain genesteine, isoflavonoids, and phytic acids. Genesteine is a substance that in its early stages can stop the development of some cardiovascular and oncological diseases, and isoflavonoids are estrogen-like compounds that prevent the development of cancer of hormone-dependent forms. Phytic acids, in turn, are also able to suppress the growth of tumors.

However, soy lecithin is considered one of the most useful and important components found in soy and soy sausage. Thus, lecithin and choline (acetylcholine and phosphatidylcholine), which is present in this product, play a very important role in the human body - these elements are directly involved in the restoration of brain cells and in general nervous tissue, additionally contributing to the metabolism of fats and regulating blood cholesterol.
