In addition, the harm of Siberian fiber in some people is observed in increased gas formation. This happens when a person abruptly switches to a diet that is rich in this substance. But, fortunately, this is probably only at first.

Nevertheless, people with susceptible gastrointestinal tract (for example, gastritis) should take Siberian fiber only after consulting a doctor, as it is possible to cause even greater harm to their body. The fact is that when consumed dry, the gastrointestinal tract is irritated, so before use it must be diluted with liquid, then drunk, and then additionally washed down with some kind of drink.
