You love nuts and you can't live without sweets, but you don't know how to combine this in one product? Then nut syrup is exactly what you need, because this excellent treat combines the subtle aroma of nuts, while possessing a consistently sweet taste.

In the culinary sphere, fragrant nut syrup can be used completely for different purposes. It is most often added to hot drinks such as freshly brewed coffee, fragrant tea or a rich cocoa drink.

In addition, on the basis of nut syrup, you can prepare a lot of interesting cocktails, which provide not only the use of alcohol-containing raw materials, but also non-alcoholic options. You can just dilute the nut syrup with water and ice cubes - you get an excellent cool drink, which will come in handy in the summer heat.

However, the widest application of nut syrup is rightly considered to be a confectionery business, where this sweet liquid protrudes not only into a natural sweetener, but also a flavoring additive. Often, nut syrup can be found in such confectionery products as all kinds of pastries, cakes, cakes, desserts, cookies and much more. Nut syrup is great with ice cream, soufflé, mousse, sorbet, fruit salads based on fresh fruits and berries.

If you like nut syrup, then you probably know where to get this delicious product. As a rule, the ready-made sweetness of industrial production is available on sale in large retail chains, as well as in pharmacies, because nut syrup based on green nuts is highly valued in medical practice.

However, many still like to cook nut syrup on their own at home. For this, absolutely any nuts to your taste are suitable - it can be almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans or any other. The peeled nuts are thoroughly ground in a sugar mortar and then placed in a saucepan and poured with hot sugar syrup. After that, the sweet mass is boiled over a low heat for about ten minutes with constant stirring.

If you wish, you can pour the nut syrup into a container directly with the crushed nuts, where it will be stored. If you need clear nut syrup, strain it thoroughly (2-3 times) through a layer of gauze, then cool and pour into glass bottles.
