Green coffee oil

Green coffee oil...

Coffee has been known to humans for more than a thousand years as a natural energy. Coffee comes from Africa, or rather, to be more accurate from Ethiopia. The fruits of this plant, due to their healing properties for the body, eventually became unusually popular in both the Old and New World.

Interestingly, after coffee spread to all continents, not so little time has passed, but today it is grown simply in huge quantities. Moreover, the use of coffee is not limited only to its use in cooking (as a basis for the preparation of an aromatic invigorating drink) - cosmetology also highly appreciates the properties of this vegetable product.

It should be understood that the familiar brown color of coffee beans is acquired as a result of roasting. Ripened coffee itself has a greenish tint - it is also widely used for various purposes. For example, valuable green coffee oil is obtained on its basis.

It is customary to extract green coffee oil using cold pressed beans. The result is a light, practically transparent liquid that has a barely detectable green-berry aroma. Due to the fact that the coffee grain itself has a rather complex chemical composition, the oil based on it is also characterized by the presence of about two thousand active substances, together determining the effect and properties of green coffee oil.

The main component of green coffee oil is undoubtedly caffeine, which, by the way, is much less in green beans than in fried ones. In addition, green coffee oil contains a number of vitamins, primarily groups B and C, micro- and macronutrients: phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sodium, iron and some others.

Due to the high content of non-saponified fats, green coffee oil has an excellent moisturizing property, additionally acting as a natural nutrient. In addition, the ability of this substance to neutralize various irritations of the skin and perfectly rejuvenate the skin is also obvious.

It is the content of various antioxidants that determines the property of green coffee oil, which consists in effective protection from the external influence of the environment: in particular, dirty air, which is saturated with various harmful trace elements.

For medical purposes, the beneficial properties of green coffee oil are relevant in the treatment of various inflammatory diseases, for example, herpes and eczema. This ability of this natural drug is possible due to the content of fatty linolenic acids, which in turn are a component of the cells of the skin layers of the human epidermis.
