Monarda oil

Monarda oil...

The aromatic as well as medicinal monard plant is considered an excellent honeycomb and is an ornamental flowering perennial with bright 2 or 3 storey flowers. What is remarkable is that all parts of this plant exude an unusually delicate lemon scent, with just one leaf enough to give any cup of tea an exquisite distinctive Earl Grey tea flavour.

Due to the recognizable aroma and the ability of monard flowers to attract dozens of bees, butterflies and hummingbirds (where they live) at the same time, the plant bears other names. Among them are bee balm, horse mint, lemon mint, American balm and Oswego tea (after the Indian tribe).

The highest content of essential oil boasts monard doublet (M. didyma), which, along with monard fistulosa (M. fistulosa), has been used by Indians as a healing plant since ancient times. And today, monarda oil is used in many areas of human life, including cooking, cosmetology and, undoubtedly, medicine.

Monarda oil smells very pleasant, giving a floral-spicy aroma with citrus notes, due to which it can be easily used in almost any essential compositions and mixtures. The aroma of natural essential oil monarda is able to revive spicy compositions, give floral citrus freshness, while citrus aromas acquire resistance and a green note due to it.

In cooking, monarda oil, like the plant itself, is used to give a characteristic taste and aroma to some dishes and drinks. Often this plant is used in the production of vermouth. Monarda oil is well combined with essential oils of rosewood and tea tree, sage medicinal, geranium, laurel, thyme, peppermint, yarrow, marjoram, lavender, clove, palmarosa, ravintsar, frankincense gum, mandarin, eucalyptus radiata, myrtle and lemon.

The essential oil of this North American flower showed itself perfectly as an effective antibactericidal agent. However, oddly enough, few monards know about this property of oil. Interestingly, even those people who systematically use this natural concentrate for any purpose are not always aware that this is a good disinfecting agent.

In addition, the ability of monarda oil to reduce the amount of oxygen in the blood is also recognized as a unique property of this product, and therefore it is very popular among divers and scuba divers - people who dive to great depths. In addition, this agent can be used for hypothermia, as well as for sharp jumps in atmospheric pressure.

One cannot but say about the ability of monarda oil to support the body of a person who has undergone severe radiation. As you know, it can be prescribed as an effective preventive agent for people who have undergone chemotherapy.
