A plant called common fennel is especially common in Crimea, the Caucasus and Central Asia. In Ukraine, it is cultivated almost everywhere, and in the Crimea fennel often diets. In our country, it is also known as sweet dill, which is due to the similar taste and aroma properties of these plants.

This natural oil is characterized by a sweet and slightly spicy aroma that vaguely resembles the smell of anise.
Fennel oil is used to make dill water, which is recommended to be given to children with flatulence. In the food industry, the aromatic and taste properties of fennel oil are used in the production of liqueurs, brandy and other alcoholic beverages with a pronounced taste. In addition, this oil can act as a starting material for the production of anetol, and the substitute for cocoa butter can be fatty oil.
The essential oil of fennel is characterized by the presence of a large number of properties that can curatively act on a variety of organs in the human body. Thanks to this oil, you can complex cleanse the body, removing slags and toxins. Due to the light diuretic and laxative effect, fennel oil can stimulate the activity of the digestive system, eliminate constipation, and reduce bloating.
