However, these nuts are a necessary raw material for the production of valuable beech oil, which has excellent taste and high consumer properties. They are often replaced by Provence, poppy, nut or almond oils when preparing homemade bread, various confectionery products. In addition, natural beech oil can be used as a component of dressings for fresh salads and many other dishes.

Beech oil tastes like high-quality olive oil, it has a very pleasant aroma. When canned, beech oil remarkably shades the taste of the vegetables used, but it is also suitable for frying pancakes and pancakes.

The composition of beech oil is rich and varied. This product contains a mass of acids, both saturated (11%) and unsaturated (89%). The former include palmitic and stearic, while the latter are represented by linolenic (Omega-
