It is clear that the syrup has a very thick structure, while the essence is a very strong sweet coffee. The preparation of these products also has some nuances: in particular, essence provides for the complete dissolution of a large amount of sugar in concentrated black coffee.

For coffee syrup, this mass is boiled until the drop lowered into the cold water is spread out. Thick chilled coffee syrup is bottled and stored in this form for a long time.
