Salad seasoning...

Before we talk about which salad seasoning fits the cooked meal, we need to understand not only how certain spices, spices and fragrant herbs are combined with each of the individual components of culinary creation. It is important to know what this very salad is, how it is prepared, what it consists of and what it is actually eaten with.

So, salad is usually called a cold dish, which is made on the basis of various vegetables (in particular, lettuce leaves, various fresh greens, root vegetables, mushrooms, potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, beans, green endive leaves, water cress and similar products. A special niche is occupied by fruit salads, which are considered a dessert dish.

The dressing for this dish is vegetable oils, vinegar, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper or special salad dressings, as well as salad seasoning.

Salads are served for the most part to fried meat, poultry, fish, although it is not uncommon to find serving when the salad plays the role of a snack. Salads are made mostly just before serving, but some recipes involve pre-cooking.

The tradition of eating salad can already be found among the Romans, who knew the recipes for preparing this dish from endive, olive oil, broth, honey, onions and vinegar. By the way, salads from garlic, onions, peppermint and parsley began to be made in the Middle Ages.

Today, there are probably as many options for preparing salads as chefs do them. However, one thing remains the same - in order for the salad to be truly tasty and fragrant, you need to add tasteful ingredients or salad seasoning to it. Best of all, fragrant herbs are suitable for salad seasoning, which can be used not only fresh, but also dried.

For example, the seasoning for industrial lettuce includes components such as green, fragrant and pink peppers in ground form, as well as dried basil, parsley, dill, sage, lemongrass, fenugreek leaves, sumac and ground barberry.

Such salad seasoning can be safely called an exquisite spice mixture, which is ideal not only for fresh vegetable salad, but also for similar dishes where these vegetables themselves are present.
