The fact is that, firstly, there are a great many fish species themselves, and secondly, there are even more ways to prepare these inhabitants of water depths. In addition, it is important to take into account, for example, that stewed or boiled fish are able to give their aroma more strongly than fried. In this regard, when choosing a seasoning for fish, you need to take into account all these sides.

Nowadays, it is quite common to find a versatile fish seasoning on sale, which is suitable both for making first courses and sauces, and fish in fried, boiled or baked form, as well as fish cutlets. As you know, for frying, the fish is pre-grated with seasoning half an hour before the start of cooking, and in soups and sauces and it must be added shortly before the dish is ready.

Fish seasoning composition

Classic is the composition of seasoning for fish, which includes ground coriander, dried vegetables (carrots, onions, leeks and garlic), turmeric, paprika, parsley, thyme, ground hot pepper and citric acid. Ideally, the composition of a quality product never contains taste enhancers, stabilizers and artificial dyes. Having plenty of table salt is also not welcome.

If you want a more spicy taste, then a seasoning for fish based on ground white and allspice, coriander, bay leaf, ginger, dried onions, mustard grains, thyme and dill is perfect in this case. It is especially appropriate to use such a seasoning for fish that you plan to marinate.

For fried fish, both the mixture and spices in a single form are great: black pepper, bay leaf, fennel, almonds, cumin, coriander, dill, curry and garlic. Suitable for cooking on the grill is the composition of the seasoning for fish, which includes white pepper, tarragon, paprika sweet, dill, saffron, rosemary, turmeric and thyme.

In addition, a special seasoning for fish is distinguished, which is used for salting, and not for heat treatment. Such an additive greatly simplifies the process of preparing salted fish at home, since the spices and spices in its composition are selected in such a way that the taste and quality of the finished product are in no way inferior to the store version.
