One of most people's favourite foods is rice, as it is truly versatile as it works perfectly with fish, meat, tailcoats, vegetables, mushrooms and seafood. In addition, rice is very easy to prepare, and therefore spoiling a dish from this product is not an easy task.
Some prefer boiled rice in its pure form with added oil, but sometimes do not mind breaking the habit by cooking rice with seasonings and spices. Then we become a dilemma: which rice seasoning is preferable to use in order not only to reveal the unsurpassed taste of this product, but also to significantly enrich it.
As you know, rice has the ability to "pull" the aromas of fragrant herbs and spices that are added to it. Thanks to this property, it is possible not only to easily change the taste of rice, but also its smell with appearance. Many national dishes are made using these cereals and rice seasoning as a base or even style of food. In particular, this applies to Japan, China, Spain, Italy, India and many other countries of the world.
In our country, it is customary to use ready-made rice seasoning, which can be easily found in any nearby grocery store. The components in the composition of this additive are selected so that their aromas do not prevail over each other, but complement one.
However, along with the advantage of factory rice seasoning, which is ease of use, there is an important problem. The fact is that a significant amount of salt can be present in the composition of such a seasoning for rice, which makes the product much cheaper and does not add the necessary aromas and taste to it in any way. That is why it is so important to know how to properly match spices and spices to rice yourself or even make a multi-component seasoning for rice at home.
First of all, freshly ground black pepper is considered an excellent addition to rice, which is customary to sprinkle the dish hot. Great with finely chopped fresh greens with cooked rice - in addition to traditional dill and parsley, basil, rosemary or chervil can be added to the dish.
