As a rule, chicken seasoning is used not only as an excellent additive, which is recommended to be poured just before the end of the dish - it is often used to pre-rub meat before stewing or baking, or as one of the components of various sauces.

In general, all the ingredients in the composition of the chicken seasoning are selected in such a way as to provide the finished dish based on chicken meat with excellent taste and magnificent aroma. First of all, it is, of course, a curry mixture, due to which the food is enriched with a subtle aroma. You can't do without dried paprika, that is, sweet red pepper - it is he who is responsible for the rich bright color of the finished chicken.

In addition, there are also sharper components in the composition of the chicken seasoning, in particular chili and black ground pepper, without which the additive would lack piquancy. Garlic and ginger give the finished dish a spicy twist, while the latter ingredient further endows the meat with a barely detectable slice of sweetness.

In essence, these are the main components of a quality chicken seasoning, although many manufacturers still do not do without the use of salt, which largely reduces the cost of the final product, and sodium glutamate, which is a substance of artificial origin and is responsible for improving the taste of the seasoning.
