At first, it seems that they are motionless, but, looking closely, you notice that the marine inhabitants are slowly moving along the bottom. It's trepangs. They belong to the class of holothuria, the type of echinoderms and are also called sea cucumbers or sea cucumbers. And in fact, trepang looks like a large umbilical cucumber. The properties of the trepang are quite unusual, for example, in order to get rid of the enemy, he is able to throw his intestines into him, which is filled with silt, and while the stunned pursuer is in a state of shock, the fugitive crawls away.

In many countries, this rather unusual seafood is considered a tidbit. Due to the useful properties of trepang, its meat is highly appreciated by Hindus, Japanese, Chinese, Malays and Filipinos, since the shell fabrics of these creatures are rich in raw form with a huge amount of vitamins. Cooked-salted-dried, boiled-dried and boiled-salted trepangs are very nutritious and amazingly tasty.

Of course, canned food, which is made from the meat of these marine life, deserves special attention. It is known that the ancient dynasties of the emperors of China prepared an infusion of trepang, which was then used as a rejuvenating elixir. It was believed that with regular use, it is able to prolong a person's life. Numerous studies have confirmed this fact - indeed, trepang tissues are ideally saturated with biologically active substances and the most important trace elements, which explains the rejuvenating effect.

Much is said about the benefits of trepang as marine ginseng. So, for example, an infusion of trepang on honey (drawing in a liquid state) is an absolutely natural remedy that can have a healing effect on all organs and systems of the human body.
