Fish milks are the same caviar, only it is contained in males. In scientific terms, milks are male seed glands containing fish semen. When mature, they differ in milky white, where their name came from. Fish milks contain full-fledged proteins of animal origin, thanks to which they are recognized as a useful and very nutritious product.

However, not every fisherman or mistress knows how to cook fish milks, so most often they are simply thrown away. The simplest dish that can be made from fish milk is considered to be breaded roasting. But there are still a sufficient number of simple and worthy options for making milk: fish milk in omelette, milk fritters, milk in Korean, milk salads, cake with caviar and fish milk, pickled milk, milk in batter. . .

By the way, in Finland, fish caviar and milk are equivalent products. Moreover, even the words that in Finnish denote milk and caviar practically do not differ from each other: mighty and mint. It is noteworthy that the Finnish ear is necessarily prepared on the basis of fish, fresh caviar and milk, and sometimes it is cooked without fish at all - only from fish milk and caviar.

The Benefits of Fish Milk

The benefits of fish milk for humans are primarily due to the composition of this food product, which includes the most valuable proteins and fats. Moreover, carbohydrates are practically not present in milk. There are also few fats, but they are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. Once in the human body, these substances provide invaluable assistance to the cardiovascular system, preventing the likelihood of stroke, heart attack and atherosclerosis. By the way, salmon and sturgeon fish are the most fatty acids.

A large amount of valuable protein, which contains special substances - protamines, confirms the benefits of fish milk. According to the results of some studies, interacting with certain drugs, protamines contribute to the extension of their effect.

For example, protamine, which is administered together with insulin, slows down its absorption from the injection site, which is important for patients with diabetes mellitus. In addition, amino acids that are indispensable for humans are often isolated from protamines. One of them is glycine, which is widely used in neurology due to the ability to stimulate brain activity at the cellular level.

It is known that sodium salt of DNA is isolated from sturgeon fish milks, the solution of which (derinate) is used in the field of medicine as an immunomodulator. The main task of this drug is to increase human immunity. In addition, derinate has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect, stimulates hematopoiesis, and also contributes to the speedy healing of wounds and ulcers, so the benefits of fish milk are obvious.
