Herring fish

Most of the catch of the herring goes to the manufacture of canned food - "sprats in oil, " "sprat" or "anchovy. " Smoked herring or smoked meat is very tasty. In culinary recipes, it is often suggested to fry the herring in a pan with sunflower oil. The Finns invented their national dish with salaka fish, which is baked in sour cream with the addition of herbs.
