Lufar fish
Belonging to the family of Lufarev from the order of perch-like, the flock predatory fish Lufar is distinguished by an elongated flat body. The color of this sea fish varies from mirror-silver to blue. It is an important object of fishing, as well as fishing. Quite often, individual specimens of loafar fish reach more than a meter in length and weigh 15 kilograms, but the standard size of this fish does not exceed 40 centimeters. The habitat of this predator is considered to be subtropical waters of the Indian, Atlantic and South Pacific Ocean. The gastronomic value of white loafar fish meat is quite high, due to the fact that it is incomparably tasty, dense structure and increased fat content.
