Outwardly, the mullet is a very beautiful fish, its body is quite slender, and its mouth is small, its scales are quite large, and its color is shiny with a shade of silver. The external distinctive feature of the mullet is that its upper part is dark blue, and its lower part is silver-white, as well as the fact that black stripes can be seen on its body. Mullet boasts tender and pleasant to taste meat, in which there are practically no seeds, and mullet is of particular value, which was caught in the early spring period or late autumn, preferably in the Black or Caspian Sea.
