For a long time, black and red caviar are considered a real delicacy, but even in Russia another type of this product was highly appreciated, which was extracted from fish of less noble species - white caviar. It is worth noting that white caviar also has excellent taste and nutritional properties.

Compared to red and black caviar, white is more affordable, so anyone can allow this product. White caviar is usually referred to as walleye caviar, cod, pollock, pike, whitefish, as well as some other species of fish. By the way, white caviar is consumed in different ways, but the general thing is that it always makes an excellent supplement to salads and sauces, omelettes, as well as other egg dishes. In addition, unpeeled white caviar is fried with bulb onions or fresh garlic.
