Mini pepper

Mini pepper...

Times change, and with them the requirements that are imposed on gardens. In addition to wanting to relax by relaxing in your own garden, interest in growing fruits, vegetables and fragrant herbs has been increasing more and more recently.

However, those who do not have their own garden or personal plot should not be upset. New varieties of miniature vegetables, along with dwarf fruit trees, feel great in tubs, pots and containers, while also giving delicious fruits.

And it all began about two decades ago with the cultivation of so-called mini tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes), which, as a rule, were used to decorate dishes. After that, several years passed and the assortment of mini-vegetables largely expanded.

So, thanks to special selection methods today in most domestic supermarkets you can find vegetables in miniature - among them mini-cucumbers (cornichons), mini-tomatoes (cherry tomatoes), mini kohlrabi, mini cauliflower, mini zucchini, mini carrots, mini broccoli and, of course, mini pepper.

Mini peppers have not only an attractive decorative appearance, but also have a richer taste, even despite their dwarf size. The average length of the mini pepper is about eight to ten centimeters, weighing twenty-five grams.

Experts advise growing compact-growing varieties of mini peppers not only in the garden, but also on their own balcony. By the way, mini peppers are often called "babi, " which means a child, that is, small. Due to its minimal size (the bush of the plant reaches a maximum height of about half a meter) and the diverse color of mature fruits (green, red, orange and yellow), mini peppers really look very decorative.

Mini peppers are famous for being very convenient to stuff, even though the fruits are actually very small. Most often, mini peppers are stuffed with soft types of cheese (sprays, feta, mozzarella and the like), and then poured with olive oil. Often, mini peppers are also used for stuffing with meat or vegetables - in any case, the finished dish turns out to be appetising and attractive. By the way, you can stuff mini peppers both fresh and pickled.

Yellow, orange, green and red mini peppers practically do not differ in taste, but for implementation it is customary to pack it, mixing three colors: this is how vegetables, complementing each other, create an invariably beautiful dish. By the way, it has been established that mini peppers contain slightly more ascorbic acid than ordinary sweet peppers.
