Nuts
Nuts are a rich source of proteins and fats of plant origin, so some peoples rightfully classify them as an excellent substitute for meat. Culinary professionals around the world actively use the nutritional properties of nuts when preparing a wide variety of dishes. It is customary to use them in different ways: whole, crushed into flour or crushed.
Nuts are often added to various meat dishes, pates, all kinds of snacks and salads, pastries. You can use them raw or fry a little in a dry pan. The taste of toasted nuts is often considered even more preferable for the dish.
The use of a particular variety of nuts directly depends on the preferences of the cook and the traditions associated with cooking in a given country. For example, Georgian cuisine widely uses walnuts, and the population of Siberia prepares all kinds of dishes with pine nuts.

They differ from animal fats in the almost complete absence of cholesterol and contain fatty acids that maintain normal fat metabolism. With an increased calorie content, nuts can saturate a person for a long time, eliminating hunger.
In addition, the composition of nuts is simply replete with useful minerals - magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus and others. These substances in nuts are actually twice or three times more than in many food products. In addition, all types of nuts can "boast" of the content of a number of vital vitamins.
The benefits of nuts
The benefits of nuts for humans are obvious, if only because vitamins and active substances in their composition stimulate the functioning of all organs and systems, including the genital glands. This is especially true for pistachios, which, due to the content of zinc and the amino acid arganine, help the production of sex hormones and thereby awaken sex drive.
In addition, the benefits of nuts as the strongest natural aphrodisiacs are known. This mainly applies to walnuts - it is not for nothing that southerners, distinguished by an ardent temperament, adore them so much. But pine nuts and pistachios are also useful in this regard.
Harm of nuts
Some types of nuts, in particular peanuts, are able to cause allergic reactions. Therefore, in order to avoid possible harm to nuts, you should take into account the peculiarities of your body when buying a product that has not yet been tested, eat it a little.
In addition, it is not recommended to give nuts to young children, since for their weak body it is quite heavy food. In small portions, it is advised to introduce nuts into the diet of the younger generation from 5-6 years old.
