Wader bird

Wader bird...

The wader bird is a representative of the suborder belonging to the Rzhankiform detachment. In total, in our country there are about 75 species of this bird along with 31 genera. Among all, the most famous and common is the wader-magpie bird.

In size, the wader bird resembles rather a pigeon. It is characterized by a rather dense body with thick short legs, which are distinguished by raspberry color. The bird's plumage is white, the exception being the head, neck, wing parts, and tail tip, which are painted black. In addition, under the eyes of this bird there is a small speck.

The wader bird mainly lives on the banks of the Barents, White, Black, Aral, Azov and Caspian Seas, but is often found on some large lakes and rivers. Sandpipers that live in northern latitudes are migratory birds and winter in northern Africa and southern Asia.

During autumn flights, the wader bird is an extremely attractive target for hunters. Due to the fact that these birds are very widespread in Russia, they are popular objects of sports hunting. Many lovers prefer the meat of young and slightly fried swamp waders, as it is unusually tasty, juicy and soft.

The process of cooking poultry meat is absolutely not complicated - it is enough to pluck and fry carcasses, after which to serve the finished meat with a side dish. By the way, small pieces of bread that need to be fried in vegetable oil are perfect as the latter. The sandpiper meat is not bad with mashed celery, some sweets, boiled potatoes, fruit or green salad, and fresh or soaked lingonberries.

In addition to exceptional gastronomic qualities from ancient times, people also know the useful properties of sandpiper poultry meat. It is quite easily absorbed by the human body, additionally saturating it with valuable amino acids, vitamins, trace elements, as well as minerals.

Due to the fact that sandpiper poultry meat can be called a relatively dietary product, it can be consumed by almost everyone. Sandpiper meat contains a lot of protein and relatively little fat with cholesterol, therefore, with moderate consumption, it cannot harm even people with cardiovascular diseases.

By the way, some sources even say that regular consumption of poultry waders helps to improve overall well-being, increases mobility, and also allows you to maintain a slender figure. Like any type of game, sandpiper poultry meat is quite rare, and therefore a valuable food product, which, if possible, is recommended to be included in the diet.
