At the same time, the goose should be as young as possible - it has tender flesh. In short, if broiler geese existed, they would be the best option.

The calorie content of the goose compared to other species of birds is much higher, so its meat is not as dietary as white chicken or turkey meat. Gusyatin is much fatter and not so quickly absorbed by the body. However, for a healthy active person, goose meat is very useful. Traditional medicine claims the benefit of gusyatina as a good general strengthening agent that works favorably for the weakened and elderly.
