Meat

Meat...

Even from school, in history lessons, we studied that the basis of a person's diet at all times included meat products. The primitive man hunted the mammoth with a huge club, stones and traps. Later, when ancient animals evolved, man had to develop the same way and come up with weapons with which to get food.

Bow and arrows, knives, axes and other edged weapons helped medieval hunters still kill animals for a piece of meat appetisingly cooked at the stake. Our ancestors noticed that meat becomes the most tasty and juicy if cooked on charcoal.

Some 20-30 years ago, all advanced researchers and nutritionists wrote that meat should in no case be excluded from the daily racine of a healthy adult and even more so a child. Tables of ordinary citizens broke from all kinds of meat dishes and semi-finished products.

The benefits of meat

Now it's different. Popular food systems in the modern world are based on the principles of veganism, raw food and even mono-science completely deny the magical properties of meat of killed animals. Proponents of alternative methods of nutrition believe that dead meat only causes harm to the human body, not to mention the fact that for the sake of their food they have to raise animals for slaughter in a special way. Those who have ever been to a massacre and have seen animals killed are unlikely to be able to eat meat.

Another significant reason why people refuse a mouth - watering piece of meat or homemade cutlets is religious views. Muslims or Hindus, for example, do not eat pork at all, and other meat is rarely eaten or on strictly designated days. But these are the moral and ethical aspects of meat eating, but we want to draw your attention to the benefits of meat and the harm of meat products.

Many opponents of eating meat focus on the fact that meat is quite safe and can easily be replaced in a person's diet with soybeans. Like the benefits of meat are the same as from soybeans, and animals do not need to be killed and soybean products are cheaper. However, research by scientists suggests otherwise.

Meat harms

Meat contains proteins that are very similar in composition to those produced by the human body, so no soy can replace them. Opponents of meat eating unanimously answer that the most important harm to meat is cholesterol. Red meat contains V12 vitamins and zinc, which support the immune system, muscles and bones.

As for meat and dietary nutrition. Half of modern diets do not exclude meat. Notice, it is whole animal meat, not offal. The calorie content of meat is certainly not comparable to light and dietary chicken. But if you approach the cooking process correctly and, for example, cook, bake or put out a piece of fresh meat, and not fry on a huge amount of oil.

You'll get low-calorie meat and you won't need to give up your favourite foods. When buying and choosing meat products, always pay attention to the quality and freshness of meat. The harm from the meat that was on the counter can be serious. You risk getting into a hospital bed with food poisoning.
