It is there that it is customary to cook this huge bird whole for the Christmas holidays, baking it in the oven. Our consumers have large frozen turkey carcasses not in high esteem, although there has been a trend towards using them recently.

Basically, fillet, shin, hip, breast, as well as minced turkey meat, which is distinguished by extraordinary tenderness, goes on sale on the Russian market. It is thanks to this property that our hostesses use it with great pleasure when creating their culinary masterpieces.

Turkey minced meat, like other products from this bird, has a relatively neutral taste, which opens up wide scope for the flight of the cook's culinary imagination.
