Diet sausage

Diet sausage...

Diet sausage is a type of boiled sausage, which in turn is a minced meat product packaged in an oblong food shell. For several centuries, sausages have played an important role in the culinary tradition of many countries of the world. Currently, sausages are eaten on all continents of the planet Earth.

Interestingly, many countries have their own recipes for cooking national and distinctive sausages. However, in the modern food industry, all sausages are divided into several main groups depending on the composition of the initial ingredients, as well as the production process. Among the main types of sausages are the following:

raw sausage, a product made from pickled meat that smokes for several days at a temperature of 18S;

semi-smoked sausage is made of pre-fried and then smoked minced meat;

boiled sausage is made of salted and cooked minced meat;

boiled-smoked sausage is a smoked version of boiled sausage;

livery sausage is a product made from various types of meat offal.

In addition to the above classification, sausages differ in variety. Boiled dietary sausage belongs to category "B. " The composition of dietary sausage boiled does not contain pork speck, which is why the nutritional value of the product is much lower in comparison with other types of sausages. The average calorie content of diet sausage is only 170Kkal.

This is a record low among the most widespread types and varieties of sausages. It is worth noting that despite its low nutritional value, dietary sausage contains a fairly large amount of vitamins, as well as mineral compounds that have a favorable effect on the human body.

Dietary sausage contains such groups of vitamins as B, E, as well as PP. In addition, dietary sausage is enriched with calcium, magnesium, iodine, potassium, sodium and phosphorus. Diet sausage is used not only in the daily diet, but also in the dietary and even therapeutic and preventive menu.

Diet sausage is used in cooking in exactly the same way as the usual boiled type of product. Usually, boiled diet sausage is used to make salads, snacks, as well as first courses. In addition, diet sausage is considered a favorite ingredient in sandwiches beloved in our latitudes.
