Nevertheless, I would like to dwell on pork befstrogan. In fact, although the recipe for its preparation seems at first glance extremely uncomplicated, it also has its own subtleties. They consist in choosing meat, cutting it, the method of frying and then combining it with a sauce.

So, pork tenderloin is cut into small strips up to five centimeters long. To prevent the meat from being stiff, it is recommended to cut it into transverse strips, and not along the fibers. The meat is fried in a frying pan, in which bulb onions were previously heat treated in vegetable oil - strips of pork are laid out on it. You need to fry meat for pork befstroganov at maximum heat for only a few minutes, otherwise it will turn out to be tough.

The last stage in the preparation of pork befstroganov is the dressing of fried meat with sour cream-tomato sauce with flour. It's not uncommon for some culinary experts to add a variety of spices and then stew pork beef strogans until tender. By the way, it is recommended to simmer meat after adding sauce from 15 minutes to half an hour, but this depends primarily on the quality of the meat you choose.

Sometimes cream may be included in the composition of the pork befstroganov sauce instead of sour cream. In addition, in addition to tomato paste, other ingredients are often mined, in particular crushed gherkins, mustard, mayonnaise or ketchup. Of the spices, only ground black pepper is used. When serving beef strogans from pork, as well as side dishes, must certainly be hot.

It is well combined with mashed potatoes, salted and fresh cucumbers, and many more adore it with boiled crumbly buckwheat. By the way, in order to reduce the calorie content of the dish, as well as in the dietary diet, befstrogans are prepared from boiled meat, while vegetarians prefer soy befstrogans.
