White wheat flour...

Flour is an important food that humanity has been using for culinary purposes over the past few thousand years. Flour is obtained by processing grains of various types of cereal crops. As a rule, flour is produced from cereal crops such as oats, wheat, rye, corn, spelt, buckwheat, millet and dagussa.

For some food industries, flour plays a major or defining role. For example, when making bread or bakery products, we simply cannot think without various types of flour. In addition, flour is actively used in the production of confectionery and sweets, as well as sausages or sauces.

Wheat flour suitable for baking bread and bakery products is divided into five main varieties:

As a rule, the type of flour is determined by two fundamental factors - the method of production and the initial plant material on the basis of which this or that type of product is produced. Flour varieties differ in the size of grinding cereal crops. Such a type of product as cage wheat flour is produced using a special technology of cage single-port grinding.
