However, the products that are usually obtained as a result of processing these miniature nuts - in particular, cedar oil, pine nut cake and, undoubtedly, cedar flour, which, in fact, will be discussed, also have a beneficial effect on the human body.

The production of cedar flour (otherwise it is called cedar milk) is carried out as follows: pine nut kernels are processed to produce cedar oil, or rather, squeezed out, and in most cases the squeezing method is cold. It is due to this that most of the beneficial properties of cedar flour remain almost unchanged.

Cedar flour, which is a homogeneous mass in the form of a loose powder, has a rather pleasant taste and a subtle aroma. That is why this product acts only as an effective drug, but is often used both as an independent food product and as a food additive for various dishes. Most often, cedar flour is added to confectionery and fermented milk products.

In addition, on the basis of cedar flour, you can prepare very tasty and no less useful pancakes, hand or cookies. Basically, cedar flour is usually mixed in equal proportions with wheat flour, but even in its pure form it acts as an excellent food product. Also, many people like to cook sauces for meat and fish dishes, replacing with cedar wheat flour.

As you know, vegetable cream is made from cedar flour, for which the powdered natural product is simply diluted with a small amount of water, after which it is thoroughly mixed, and the resulting mass languishes a little in the oven or microwave oven. Although experts still do not advise subjecting this valuable product to heat treatment, since at high temperatures the beneficial properties of cedar flour are significantly reduced.

The benefits of cedar flour for humans are due to the ability of this product to absorb slags and then effectively remove them from the body. Being an excellent remedy for exhaustion and thinness, cedar flour is recommended for use by people who have suffered severe diseases, as well as athletes - it contributes to building and strengthening muscle mass.

In addition, the beneficial properties of cedar flour are also relevant in the treatment of lymph and blood diseases. This flour is effective for gastritis, gastric ulcer, duodenal intestine, kidney disease, increased acidity or nervous disorders.

Experts in the field of dietetics argue that cedar flour should necessarily be included in the diet of pregnant and breastfeeding women. Interestingly, in the old days, in the complete absence of milk, children were often fed with mixtures that were made on the basis of pine nut flour.
