It is produced by beating fruit and berry puree with sugar sand and chicken egg protein. In the process, some form filler is added to this mixture, which is most often pectin, agar-agar or gelatin.

This tender sweetness is customary not only to eat independently, but also to use in the manufacture of various desserts, fruit salads, cakes and other sweet dishes. Being a great addition to fruits, this product makes the finished dish even tastier, while not adding extra fat, but enriching it with missing substances due to the beneficial properties of marshmallows.
