Interestingly, Angelica, the heroine of the immortal novel Serge and Anna Golon, the psychoanalyst Freud and the composer Strauss have one thing in common: as it turned out, they all simply adored waffle tubes. There is nothing strange about this, because this dessert is tasty to the point of mind.

To date, there are a great many varieties of waffles, and in each country they know their own recipes for making waffle tubes. Lecithin is used as an emulsifier in filled waffle tubes. In addition, the product contains culinary food salt, flavors identical to natural ones, citric acid as an antioxidant, as well as food dyes.

The filled waffle tubes are very crisp, thin, delicate and taste very good. They can be consumed as a hearty snack, a tender flavorful dessert, or used as an excellent decorative remedy in the preparation of cakes and other sweet dishes.
