Plum saw

Plum saw...

Plum saw is a great option for a sweet treat to treat to both adults and small members of your family. This wonderful product is perfectly paired with a cup of fragrant freshly brewed tea, reminding you of warm summer days on long winter evenings. Even in the event of an unexpected arrival of guests, a can of plum will help you out in handy.

Many inexperienced culinary experts are often afraid to cook plum on their own, arguing that the cooking process is quite complicated and takes a considerable amount of time. However, the efforts spent will more than pay off not only with the acquired experience in the field of cooking, but also with an excellent result - a sweet and very tasty plum sight.

This aromatic treat is made from ripe, juicy plums with added granulated sugar. Some recipes also involve using a small amount of water. Best of all, I recommend taking mature fruits of dark violet color for making homemade fruit from these berries - so the finished product will have a more saturated bright grown color.

Due to the high content of pectin in the raw materials, that is, in the plums, the process of preparing saw is noticeably reduced, since this substance has gelling properties, which means that the product thickens much faster. Per kilogram of fruits, which, by the way, do not have to be of selected quality, as a rule, about 800 grams of granulated sugar are required.

Clean and dried plums are freed from a fairly large bone and cut into large pieces. After that, the raw materials are put into wide dishes and boiled until softened. The resulting plum mass is ground to a uniform state using a colander or sieve, after which sugar is added to it and the cooking process continues until the volume of the cake is at least halved.

In addition, there is another, equally popular method of making plum weed, according to which the halves of the berries without seeds are pre-drilled using a meat grinder, processor or blender. The liquid homogeneous mass with the addition of granulated sugar is evaporated to the same volumes as in the first case.

The finished plum has a long shelf life - often the product does not deteriorate for several years. The obvious advantage of this treat is its versatility in use, because you can cook a lot of all kinds of delicious dishes with it. Most often, plum vision, which does not spread even at very high temperatures, acts as an excellent filling for any kind of baking, be it pies, pies or other rubbish.
