It would seem that in the season of fruits we so saturate our bodies with the necessary vitamins and mineral salts that a deceptive impression is created that in winter it is unlikely that we will want to feast on fresh fruits in the same quantities. And in fact, in the cold season, we even more need the juiciness and aroma that fresh fruits and berries give us.

Among all the diversity of both domestic and exotic fruits, peaches stand out. These wonderful fruits have extraordinary juiciness, excellent taste and a subtle pleasant aroma. Fragrant peach jam is made, as a rule, from the flesh of fruits and granulated sugar, which deprived bones and crushed fruits fall asleep for a while. This is necessary in order for the fruit to juice, due to which there is absolutely no need to add additional water. After boiling the mass for several minutes after boiling, it is left to "rest" for a couple of hours. This procedure is repeated up to three times - this is done if you want pieces of fruit to be preserved in the finished peach jam.

For those who adore peach jam, but for some reason cannot make this magical treat on their own, you can always find an industrial product on sale. Such a product in utility can and is inferior to homemade peach jam, but its taste is the same tender and sweet, and the aroma is rich and thin.
