Meanwhile, making mushroom cookies at home is not particularly difficult - unless for people who have a distant relationship to the pastry business. The main ingredients, due to which the calorie content of mushroom cookies becomes quite high, are products with considerable nutritional value. For example, wheat flour, sour cream, butter, granulated sugar, chicken eggs and slaked baking soda are used for dough.

In addition, for an attractive and appetising appearance, as well as greater similarity with real gifts of nature, ready-made mushroom cookies need design. For these purposes, egg white, dark chocolate, poppy and white confectionery glaze are usually used.
