Monoflower honey

Monoflower honey...

We believe the vast majority of the inhabitants of our latitudes are very familiar with all the useful properties and characteristics of a product such as honey. By honey is meant a product of natural origin, which is partially digested nectar by bees. People began to eat honey at the beginning of the birth of human civilization.

There are several main varieties of honey, among which the following can be distinguished:

natural honey;

artificial honey;

floral honey;

paddy honey;

liquid honey;

crystallized or "dead" honey.

In turn, the floral form of the product is divided into polyphleur and monofleur honey. By monoflair honey is meant a product that was obtained from nectar. collected from the same plant species. Among the most common subspecies of monoflear honey are the following: acacia, rapeseed, maple, chestnut, buckwheat, and linden honey.

It is worth noting that monofleur honey is still a conditional concept, since it is impossible to establish whether bees collected or not nectar only from a specific plant species. Monoflear honey is a product in the composition of which nectar of one particular type of flowers or plants prevails.

However, any species of monofloral honey will contain inclusions of nectar of different plants in its chemical composition. This state of affairs is due to the fact that bees simply cannot be programmed to collect nectar from a particular type of plant or flower. Acacia monofleur honey is harvested from white acacia. Such a product stands out for its delicate taste, and besides, a subtle floral aroma.

It is acacia monofleur honey that is recommended to be used in the process of preparing various culinary products, since thanks to its qualities, the product will delicately fit into the general taste of the finished dish. Buckwheat monoflear honey is considered the most popular in our latitude. This state of affairs is explained by the cultivation of buckwheat.

Buckwheat monofleur honey is distinguished by its bright, tart taste, as well as strong aroma. Buckwheat honey has long been used for the production of famous Russian printed gingerbread. In addition to buckwheat honey, lime monoflower honey is in particular demand among domestic buyers. In Europe, chestnut monofleur honey is especially popular, which is distinguished by a pleasant hill, as well as the aroma of chestnuts.

It is noteworthy that any type of monoflair honey contains vitamins of group A, B, C, E, as well as K. In addition, monoflair honey includes over three dozen different trace elements useful for the human body, as well as fructose, sucrose and glucose of natural origin.
