The classic composition of grillage sweets includes only a few ingredients - nuts, sugar and chocolate glaze. When making sweets, grillage makes a solid nut mass, which is subsequently glazed with a thin layer of chocolate. Nowadays, grillage sweets are "poured" with milk, bitter or white chocolate. In addition, the composition of grillage sweets itself has undergone some changes and the modern delicacy is produced not only from nuts, but also from fruits.
