Coconut cream
According to scientists, coconut palm is one of the most ancient plants present on our planet. Its average height usually reaches 25 meters. The leaves are up to 4 meters long. They are distinguished by a certain cirrus. The most valuable are coconut palm fruits - coconuts. In fact, they are not nuts. It will be more correct to call them (from a scientific point of view) dry bones. Inside them is flesh, as well as milk (juice).
At an immature age (up to 5 months), the coconut palm fruit contains up to 500 ml of sweet and sour liquid. It is usually called coconut milk. It is common in many areas, for example, coconut cream is made from it. You can purchase it in any specialized supermarket in your region.
Some people prefer to make coconut cream on their own. To do this, you need to take milk, coconut, molasses, egg, vegetable oil and sugar. Various nuts, such as cashews, can be used at your discretion. This approach is not only laborious, but also quite long. You can do it easier if you get a ready-made coconut cream. The product is made from grated pulp of mature coconut. It has a universal texture that easily mixes with other ingredients and is used in a wide variety of fields.
