Diaghil honey...

If we talk about rare varieties of honey, then the diaglium is considered that. A considerable number of legends and legends of different times among different nationalities are associated with Diaghil - a plant that has truly healing and miraculous properties. Moreover, diaghilic honey retains all these abilities.

Diaghil is a plant that grows in thickets, shrubs, young deer, as well as on the banks of water bodies. In the sixteenth century, from the northern part of Europe, Diaghil was brought to Russia and since then, unfortunately, has gained insignificant distribution. They attribute the perennial diagyl to the Umbrella family, since this plant blooms with small greenish-white flowers collected in inflorescences like a complex umbrella.

The greatest productivity of nectar release in Diaghil is observed in the early morning and in the evening, but regardless of the time of day with rainy and cold summer, the honey production decreases sharply. The Diaghil blooms all summer, and at the end of August, the fruits sing.

Diagille is considered a rather peculiar plant, which has a very strong smell - sweet and spicy. Areas of use for Diaglio are cooking, confectionery and bakery, wine-vodka industry, canning and many others.

Diaghil honey, as mentioned earlier, is a rather peculiar product, but nevertheless it is ranked among the most refined and elite varieties, and it is collected by bees from a certain species of this plant called medical diaghil.

Externally, diagline honey is very attractive - in color it is reddish-brown, while it can have a light greenish tint. With a high degree of viscosity, diaghyl honey is characterized by very slow crystallization - the sweet product remains in a liquid state throughout the winter, becoming very viscous like resin. The taste of diaghile honey can be called specific, sharp and saturated, sometimes a caramel taste or light mustard may appear, but its smell does not become less pleasant and tender from this.

The useful properties of diaghile honey are due to the composition of this most valuable product.
