Russula

Russula...

Many people believe that raw food is so called because it can be eaten raw. But this is not true, although some types of cheese beetles can actually be consumed fresh: they have a pleasant sweet taste that resembles the taste of a nut.

Interestingly, in fact, it was precisely this name that the cheesecake received because, when salted, it can be eaten much faster than other mushrooms (about a day later), that is, almost raw. In other words, it takes a minimal amount of time to cook this mushroom.

About 60 species of cheese beetles are known, which grow in the forests of Western and Eastern Europe, but mushrooms with a predominance of blue-green and yellow-brown shades are recognized as the best. They are classified as delicacies and are consumed raw, as well as salted and even dried.

If we talk about recipes for making cheese, then here the flight of fantasy for culinary experts is unlimited. These mushrooms can be boiled, fried, simmered (especially in sour cream sauce), marinated, salted and even dried. The useful properties of cheesecakes and their excellent taste open in salty form, they are often included in many recipes.

The benefits of raw food

The calorie content of raw eggs is akin to the calorie content of butter - 19 kcal, but this is a very nutritious mushroom, which is rich in vitamins, dietary fibers and trace elements. The content of a large amount of minerals proves the benefits of raw vegetables, and due to their low calorie content, they are recommended for cleansing the gastrointestinal tract.

It is a pity that most mushroom pickers do not strongly favor this mushroom, causing the reason for this by the fact that the raw eggs have too brittle flesh. Undoubtedly, it is not easy to convey mushrooms to the house as a whole, but if you treat them with accuracy, you will have the opportunity to appreciate their delicate taste and speed of preparation.

Do you know that quite recently an ugly modest woman has become almost a world star? Scientists have discovered russulin in it - an enzyme that has invaluable quality to coagulate milk, and this is so in demand in cheese making.

The merits of these mushrooms can be listed for a long time, but I would like to pay attention to one more fact of the benefits of raw eggs: lecithin, which is part of them, is very important for human health, as it prevents the deposition of cholesterol.

Damage to raw food

When picking these mushrooms, you need to be extremely careful, because outwardly they have a lot in common with some poisonous mushrooms. The main harm of cheesecakes is that this product is long and difficult to absorb by the body, so it is advised to limit their use to people suffering from heart and gastric diseases. A single serving of cooked cheese must be no more than 150 grams, and it is better not to offer them to children under 7 years old.
