Birch mushroom really grows most often on birches. However, some varieties of chaga fungus feel great living on the trunks of alder, elm, beech, mountain ash or maple. The beneficial properties of the chaga mushroom are so important that often birch mushroom is part of medicines that help in the treatment of severe forms of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. In addition, as a result of recent studies, the unique benefits of the chaga mushroom for the human body were revealed.

As it turned out, the chemical composition of the chaga fungus contains organically active natural compounds that help prevent the occurrence, as well as the development of malignant cancers. It is much easier to notice birch mushroom on trees without green foliage. The useful properties of birch mushroom chaga are due to the unique vitamin-mineral composition of the product.

The chemical composition of the chaga fungus contains a large amount of potassium, as well as formic, oily, sorrel, acetic and paroxybenzoic acids.
