The homeland of mulberry or otherwise, mulberry, is the countries of the Middle East. Mulberry appeared in our country thanks to Peter the Great. Surprisingly, mulberry trees planted by the emperor still grow in the Botanical Garden in Kyiv. Of course, the useful properties of mulberry cannot be ignored.

It should also be remembered that mulberry does not work well with all other foods, so it is better to eat it separately from the main meals and on a hungry stomach.
