Canned grapes...

As you know, grapes that are imported into our country from other parts of warm states are distinguished by increased sweetness, while domestic northern varieties of this berry are not always as tasty as they would like. Either the grapes are too sour, or the taste is not the same. But the taste of berries in canned form changes dramatically. In particular, sugar makes canned grapes sweeter, and thanks to boiling water, many incomprehensible flavors disappear. In addition, the time during which the berry is preserved changes for the better not only the structure of the grapes, but also its taste.

It is worth noting that canned grapes in their pure form or when added to other meals can serve as a delicious dessert. For such purposes, it is best to use grapes of those varieties in which there are no seeds - then the berries can be eaten whole. And canned grapes are an excellent decoration for ice cream, pies, fruit salads and cakes.

Compote, which is obtained when preparing canned grapes, is very tasty and useful. After the heat treatment of vitamins, it retains not so much, but nevertheless this option is much better than any type of carbonated drinks. From grapes of red and dark shades, a rich color compote is obtained, which looks very attractive and elegant.

As soon as you buy or prepare yourself canned grapes, a new, unusual, but very original snack will appear on your table - juicy, aromatic berries perfectly shade the taste of the liver and meat, and can also be used in preparing canapés.

In the process of harvesting ripe sweet berries, it is advisable to use a little more vinegar. By the way, in general, any grape is suitable for conservation, with the exception of crushed and lying.

There are many recipes for home cooking canned grapes. For example, you can make berries in your own juice, natural, in rich sweet or light syrup, and also pickled. However, the essence of the process of preparing such a treat is almost the same, only the composition of the filling changes.

Before direct preservation, preferably large and juicy berries with intact skin are selected, which are well washed and dried. By the way, some hostesses prefer to harvest canned grapes in clusters, rolling it into cans right on the branches.
