For example, in these berries there are more than 10 organic acids, a sufficient amount of iron, copper, magnesium and potassium, as well as natural sugars, keracyanin, pectin, nitrogenous and tannin compounds along with vitamins A, PP and C. In addition, cherries and, accordingly, cherry puree contains a lot of vitamin P or routine, which helps to strengthen capillaries.

It is completely easy to cook cherry puree at home - the main thing is that the berries are mature and juicy. By freeing clean, dried cherries from the seeds, you can immediately give them the consistency of mashed potatoes using a blender, or you can do this after cooking.
