Peel the fruits and cut out the fruit cores. Cut the flesh of the pear into cubes and fold it into a saucepan. Then fill the pear pieces with water and put the pan on the fire. After 15 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and grind the fruits to pear puree. Usually, a few drops of lemon juice are added to the pear puree so that the product is not so cloying sweet. Often pear puree is mixed with more acidic apple or plum.
