With regular use, these elements have a favorable effect on the healthy state of the body as a whole. So, for example, apple juice from acidic varieties of fruits is recommended to be used for gastritis with reduced acidity and constipation. Doctors also advise drinking this drink with low blood and vitamin deficiency.

Harm of apple juice

Be that as it may, it is still not worth abusing an apple drink, because the possible harm of apple juice can manifest itself in a feeling of gravity, bloating, flatulence and irritation of the mucous membranes.
