This clear liquid, which has no color, taste or smell, in a solid state is called snow, ice or frost, and in a gaseous form is called steam. It is known that about 71 percent of the surface of our planet is covered with water.

All water that exists on Earth is divided into tap, well and open. The latter two include all known sources. An important indicator of the harmful or beneficial properties of water is its composition. For example, green or brown leaks left by water indicate the presence of hydrochloric and sulfuric acid in it.

The human body is also directly related to this fluid, because it is 55 to 78 percent water, depending on age and weight. The loss of more than 10 percent of this substance threatens a person with a fatal outcome. For the normal functioning of the body, a person needs to consume about three liters of water per day. And this is not due to the use of exclusively drinking water, but due to its content in almost all types of food products. Fruits, vegetables, various drinks are saturated with this substance to one degree or another, and by eating them, we save ourselves from possible dehydration.

Speaking about the nutritional value and, in particular, the calorie content of water, it should be noted that this substance in its pure form does not pose any threat to our figure. The only useful elements in its composition are minerals, and vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and fats are completely absent in water.

The benefits of water are familiar to our ancestors, who used its healing properties to get rid of many diseases, leaving us with such an effective method as waterlogging.

It is well known that water saturated with iron is able to strengthen internal organs, helping to increase strength and helping with some diseases. The benefits of chilled water for dizziness, fainting, poisoning and diseases of the circulatory system have been proven.

But the most wonderful and extremely beneficial is water obtained from springs. Therefore, the land on which there is a spring can be considered environmentally friendly with confidence.
