The most famous flavored tea variety can be considered English Earl Gray. Legend has it that a merchant ship with tea on board was caught in a severe storm. The element raged so much that the bergamot oil on board spilled over tea. Only in England did they notice that the tea was spoiled. However, before throwing away the weight of the cargo, one of the merchants decided to make tea and realized that he had come across a "gold mine. "
Since then, flavoured tea has densely entered the daily diet of the British, and eventually spread around the world. It is worth noting that flavored tea was the first to be made in China. In the Celestial Empire, tea was flavored with jasmine flowers, as well as osmanthus. Initially, flavored tea contained exclusively natural additives.
Modern producers of flavored tea also use synthetic flavors. There are two main types of flavored tea - black and green. The best flavored tea is considered a product on which mixtures of natural vegetable oils are sprayed.
Flavored with natural essences, the tea stands out for its exquisite aroma and vibrant, rich taste. Elite and incredibly expensive Chinese yellow teas are automated during the drying process, which takes place in conjunction with aromatic components.
