The new Kindzmarauli wine began to be produced taking into account all the best and centuries-proven ancient traditions of Georgian winemakers, which have developed in the region for a single century. According to one version, Kindzmarauli wine, like another famous Georgian drink, Khvanchkara considered Joseph Stalin his favorite wine.
It is worth noting that Kindzmarauli wine acquires its amazing and distinctive taste not only due to the unique production technology, but also thanks to the Saperavi grape variety, from which a noble drink is produced. The delicate and velvety taste of Kindzmarauli wine is distinguished by cherry, and besides, pomegranate notes in a bouquet of flavors and aromas of the drink. Kindzmarauli wine professional sommeliers and winemakers are treated with red semi-sweet drinks. As a rule, the fortress of Kindzmarauli wine does not exceed 12% of revolutions.
Kindzmarauli wine is produced in the Kindzmaraulsky microzone strictly defined by law, which is located in the Quarelian region of Kakheti. The color of Saperavi grapes berries is dark blue with a white and thick coating. Saperavi's grape flesh is distinguished by its pronounced juicy taste. It is worth noting that this grape variety belongs to the group of rather whimsical plants that react ambiguously to changes in weather conditions. For example, in rainy weather, Saperavi grape berries are hit by gray rot.
For the production of Kindzmarauli wine, a specially developed unique method for the production of noble drinks is used, which is called the Kakheti method. When making Kindzmarauli wine, the material is processed and then kept in special bottles, which differ in their cone shape, and in addition have an original name - quevri. It is believed that the real Georgian Kindzmarauli wine is sold only in original bottles of quevri, since it is in this container that the drink retains all its unique taste and aroma characteristics.
